Central Sulawesi Demands Audit on State Electricity Company

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: Central Sulawesi Governor HB Paliudju demanded the State Audit Board to audit the financial state of The Satet Electricity Company’s operation in the seat of province, to verify whether or not the recent claims of loss are true.
Spokesman for Central Sulawesi provincial administration, Irwan Lahace said on Monday (16/11) the “This is the request of the governor, the State Audit Board have to audit the financial state of The State Electricity Firm in Palu.”
Head of the state power firm office in Palu, Imron Rosiadi said his office prepared and open for the audit.”
Spokesman for the State Audit office in Palu Agustinus Trionojati however said the audit will have to determine first the source of fund used by the regional state power firm office. If the it used the regional budget then the audit process will have to wait until next year as the regional audit office have scheduled to audit A bridge construction project, social aid, and the regional state budget.
And if the regional power firm was financed by the central government’s budget then the regional state audit office state budget will wait for the instruction from the central state audit board.
