Temperature in Surabaya Reached 37 Degrees Celsius Today

TEMPO Interactive, Surabaya: The Juanda Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) in Surabaya is warning people in Surabaya and its surrounding areas to reduce their outside activities as the temperature is predicted to reach 37 degrees Celsius.
“This is the highest temperature since October,” said weather observer, Rofiq Isa Mansur, on Tuesday (3/11).
In addition, he said that wind speeds that would be between 5 and 30 kilometers per hour had the potential to create certain diseases coming up during the transition between dry to rainy season.
He said that Surabaya would have its rainy season later than other regions located in its western part.
It is predicted that rain would start to fall in Surabaya in the first 10 days of December.
