KPK Searched Lippo and KPPU

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: The Corruption Eradication Commission searched Billy Sindoro's Office and house on Thursday. The anti corruption investigators also searched the Business Competition Supervisory Commission office, two days after the bribe arrest in Central Jakarta nailed one of its member, Mohammad Iqbal.

Activities were halted at the Lippo E Net building where investigators searched for more evidence at Billy Sindoro's office on possible connection between the Rp 500 million bribe and the case of English Premiere League TV broadcasting rights handled by the business competition supervisors.

Billy was reportedly hold the President Director post at First Media, a subsidiary of Lippo Group owned by James Riady.

Another team of anti-graft investigators also searched the office of business competition supervisors in Central Jakarta. The team working at Lippo Group compound in Tangerang arrested two drivers working for the business.
