Bali Bombing I Convicts Propose Review

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: The legal team of the Bali Bombing I death penalty convicts—Amrozi, Imam Samudra and Muklas—officially proposed a review via the Denpasar District Court.

The team has received a copy of the decision on November 28. “Actually in November they have proposed a review,” said Attorney General Abdul Rahman Saleh during a press conference yesterday (7/12).

Head of the Denpasar District Court, Putu Widnya, said he is ready to try the review request.

“We have determined the panel of judges,” he said. They comprise Nyoman Gde Wirya (chairman), Eddy P. Siregar and Nn Made Sudani (members).
