TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: A connectivity team will question five officials at the Department of Defense.
The inquiry is in line with the suspicion that there was corruption involved in the supply of four Mi-17.
“Five men will be investigated shortly,” said Brigadier General Hendardji Supandji, Commander of the Center of Army Military Police, after a meeting with Djoko Susanto, Chief of Staff at Army Headquarters, and the Commission for Defense, on Tuesday this week.
However, Hendardji was reluctant to name the five persons.
