TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: Regarding the suspected corruption case in the purchase of MI-17 helicopters by the Department of Defense, several army officers will be questioned.
This information was provided by Hendardji Soepandji, Commander of the Central Army Military Police (Puspomad).
However, when asked about the names of the army officers to be questioned, Hendardji admitted he did not commit them to memory.
“The list is in the team's secretary, I didn’t memorize it,” said Hendardji at Puspomad Headquarters, on Wednesday (24/5).
It is planned that the team, led by Hendarman Soepanji, will start working next week, and begin questioning the army officers and witnesses.
Some of the questions they will ask include the procedures and mechanism involved in the purchase of MI-17 helicopters.
