Old Faces Dominate Bapepam-LK Appointments

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: The Finance Minister, Sri Mulyani Indrawati, yesterday inaugurated thirteen bureau heads of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency-Finance Institution(Bapepam LK) at the Department of Finance. Only a few new faces occupy the positions in echelon II.

As Secretary General of Bapepam-LK, Agung Hardjono is the Head of Information and Finance Technology, and Indarto the Head of Accountant Training and Assessor’s Service.

In the Directorate General of State Auctions and Accounts Receivables (DJPLN), Rahadiyanto was appointed as Director of the State Non-banking Receivables, Ardi Prabowo as Director of Information and Law, Busrori as Head of the Regional Office III DJPLN Jakarta, Yati Soerati as Head of Regional Office IV Bandung, and Edisusianto as Head of Regional Office VII Denpasar.

The new composition of Bapepam-LK directors is Abraham Bastari as Secretary, Robincon Simbolon as Head of Regulations and Legal Aid Bureau, Wahyu Hidayat as Head of Research and Investigation, and Arif Baharudin as Head of Transactions.

Joko Indarto was appointed as Head of the Investment Management Bureau, Freddy R. Saragih Head of Research & Information Technology Bureau, Noor Rachman as Head of Finance Assessment of Public Utilities, Nurhaida as Head of Finance Assessment of Real Income.

Anis Baridwan was appointed as Head of Accounting Standards & Transparency, Mulabasa Hutabarat as Head of the Retirement Fund , Isa Rachmawata as Head of Insurance, and Ngalim Sawega as Head of Banking, Funding and Guarantees.
