TEMPO Interactive, JBanda Aceh: Kuntoro Mangkusubroto, Head of the Aceh-Nias Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Agency (BRR), has said that his organization putting Leo Nugroho on inactive duty is an ordinary human resources matter.
“It is common in an organization,” he said after the transfer of clean water distillation from Kuwait government, in Ulee Lheu, Banda Aceh, yesterday (20/4).
Leo Nugroho, the Investigation Manager of Aceh-Nias BRR Anti-corruption Section, has been on inactive duty starting April 13.
However Kuntoro refused to explain the case that involves Leo, saying “This is connected with a young man's (Leo) future.”
According to Kuntoro, Leo's status will remain until a conclusion or penalty by BRR has been determined.
Leo is one of the BRR Anti-corruption Unit (SAK) founders, and began working on August 29, last year.
The two other founders are Kevin Evans, now a SAK temporary official, and Khairiansyah, a former auditor of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) who put the case of General Elections Commission (KPK) into trial.
Khairiansyah was put on inactive duty first because he became a suspect in a bribery case.
