Government Generate Rp4.2 Trillion From Debt Issue

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: The Finance Ministry said the government have generated Rp4,2 trillion from auction of four tranches of State Debt Securities (Surat Utang Negara) on Tuesday (9/2), it said in a release on today.

The ministry received a total bid of Rp10.23 trillion for the bonds, but accepted Rp4.2 trillion to help the government to finance some of its Rp233.6 trillion domestic debts.

The SPN20110210 which offer 6.89 percent yield recorded the highest bidding of Rp3.56 trillion, FR0031 with 9.84 percent yield came second with Rp2.62 trillion, FR0040 which offers 10.57 percent yield generated Rp2.6 trillion, and FR0052 10.76 percent yield recorded Rp1.45 trillion bid.

The ministry accepted 1.75 trillion of the biddings for SPN20110210, Rp950 billion from FR0031 and Rp750 billion each for the FR0040 dan FR0052 series.
