Potential Investors in Garuda Indonesia to be Selected

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: Several investors who are interested in investing in PT Garuda Indonesia Airlines now undergoing due diligence.

Sugiharto, the State Minister for State-Owned Enterprises, said that the selection will take place over two or three months.

The investors include the Rajawali Group from Indonesia as well as others from Europe and North America.

"This is being handled by the restructuring team," said Sugiharto in the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, yesterday (1/2).

Sahala Lumban Gaol, Deputy to the Coordinating Minister for the Economy, as the Garuda restructuring team chairperson did not comment.
