Mandiri Debtors Repaying Arrears

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: Debtors of PT Bank Mandiri started repaying what they owe. The business group of Bosowa, for instance, has remitted funds of around Rp65 billion in order to repay their companies' debts in installments to Bank Mandiri.

Managing Director of PT Bank Mandiri, Agus Martowardjojo, said that the repayment was aimed at showing the company's good intention. “We honor Bosowa that has tried to fulfill their liabilities,” he said.

As regards the agreement on credit restructuring of Raja Garuda Mas Group at Bank Mandiri, Agus said that the new draft agreement is being distributed to members of the syndicate.

“After they have studied it, we will sign it together,” he said.
